Kevin Haggard joined the Company in May 2021 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Haggard has more than 20 years of leadership experience across energy and finance. His most recent position was Vice President and Treasurer of Noble Energy, where he directed the company’s global corporate finance and treasury operations. Before joining Noble Energy in 2016, Mr. Haggard served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Trinity River Energy and held the same position at HighMount Exploration & Production. Prior to those roles, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SunCap Financial and as an investment banker with Credit Suisse. Mr. Haggard holds a Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Russell Parker joined the Company in June 2023 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Parker has more than 20 years of operations and strategic leadership that spans public and private energy companies. His most recent position was President and Chief Executive Officer of EP Energy from 2017 to 2022, where he led the company's strategic repositioning following its emergence from bankruptcy and oversaw improvements in capital efficiency, well productivity, and safety and environmental performance. Prior to joining EP Energy, Mr. Parker served as Chief Executive Officer of Apollo-backed Phoenix Natural Resources and President of Chief Oil & Gas. Earlier in his career, he spent twelve years with Hilcorp Energy Company where he held positions of increasing responsibility across their engineering and operations functions for its Texas and Louisiana conventional properties as well as Eagle Ford and Utica operations. Mr. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Michol L. Ecklund is the Senior Vice President, Chief Sustainability Officer, and General Counsel for the Company. She has responsibility for the legal, human resources, sustainability and several administrative functions for the Company. Prior to joining Callon in November 2017, Ms. Ecklund was Deputy General Counsel for Operations & Commercial Law at Marathon Oil Company where she oversaw the legal team for global operations, acquisitions and divestitures as well as corporate communications. During her 15 years at Marathon Oil, Ms. Ecklund served in progressive positions within and outside the Law Organization including compliance, litigation, human resources, investor relations, corporate communications and tax. Prior to Marathon Oil, she practiced law at Baker Botts LLP in Houston. Ms. Ecklund received a B.A. degree from Rice University and J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Greg Conaway joined Callon Petroleum in conjunction with the merger of Callon Petroleum and Carrizo Oil and Gas in December 2019. Prior to joining Callon, Mr. Conaway served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Carrizo from September 2014 – December 2019, as Controller of Financial Reporting from May 2012 – September 2014, and Assistant Controller from July 2011 – May 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Conaway worked for Ernst & Young, holding positions of increasing responsibility including senior manager. Mr. Conaway began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1998. Mr. Conaway is a CPA and holds a M.B.A. and B.B.A. in Accounting from Angelo State University.

Angie Day joined Callon Petroleum as Vice President and Chief Information Officer in July 2022 with over 20 years of oil and gas experience. Prior to joining Callon, Ms. Day was IT Director at EP Energy responsible for all information technology functions. Prior to EP Energy, Ms. Day held various roles with increasing responsibility in technology and leadership at El Paso Corporation. Ms. Day holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Houston Downtown.

J. Michael Hastings joined Callon as Director of Marketing in June 2015, and became Vice President, Marketing in 2019. He was previously employed by ConocoPhillips, where in 2013 he retired after 35 years of service, working in various marketing, finance and accounting management roles supporting domestic and international business units. Michael graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin in 1988 with a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems.

Liam Kelly currently serves as our Vice President of Corporate Development where he leads our corporate development, business development and strategic planning teams. He joined Callon as Corporate Development Manager in July 2015, overseeing the execution of the Callon’s corporate development, capital markets and investor relations initiatives. Prior to joining Callon Petroleum, Mr. Kelly was Vice President, Equity Research of GMP Securities from March 2014 – June 2015 and a Senior Associate in Raymond James’ Energy Investment Banking Group from June 2013 – March 2014. Mr. Kelly brings over 12 years of experience in energy industries, with a broad sector background in oilfield services, midstream, and E&P, as well as an extensive knowledge base from his experience as an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University from August 2011 – June 2013 and as a Research Associate at Howard Weil covering small- and mid-cap E&P companies from August 2010 – June 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Kelly was the Associate Director for the Burkenroad Reports Equity Research Program at Tulane University and held credit trading and equity trading positions with Citigroup Global Capital Markets. Mr. Kelly graduated from Tulane University as an Aldrich Fellowship scholar with a Masters of Business Administration in 2011 and as a Dean’s Honor Scholar with an undergraduate degree in Finance in 2007.

Sergio Mares serves as Callon’s Vice President – Drilling & Completions.  Mr. Mares has more than 22 years of drilling and completions experience.  Prior to joining Callon in September of 2023, he served as Vice President of Engineering & Operations at Digital Operating Company, where he managed the company’s West Texas, South Texas, and Rockies assets.  Prior to that, he served as Director of Drilling & Completions at EP Energy where he led teams in Eagle Ford and Uinta Basin.  Earlier in his career he held various roles in drilling operations, completions, and production in the Eagle Ford, Permian, South Texas, Texas Gulf Coast, and Gulf of Mexico.  Mr. Mares holds a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University.

Elizabeth Shuler is the Vice President – Human Resources for the Company. She is responsible for establishing and overseeing the execution of the Company's overall people strategy, specifically through the management of all human resource functions and office/administrative services. Ms. Shuler has extensive experience in organizational development, HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, DEI best practices, and benefits and compensation. Prior to joining Callon in October of 2021, she was the Head of Human Resources (previously Assistant General Counsel) for Buc-ee’s, Ltd., where she was responsible for the development and execution of human resources initiatives and strategies. Ms. Shuler began her career holding various roles with increasing responsibility as an Assistant District Attorney, trying cases primarily involving domestic violence, white collar crimes, and general criminal matters. She received a B.A. degree from the University of Miami and a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Brian Bowen is the Vice President – Legal & Commercial for the Company. He is responsible for leading both the Legal Department and Supply Chain Management Department. Prior to joining Callon, Brian worked as Vice President and General Counsel at Cobalt Ventures LLC, and prior to that as Senior Legal Counsel at Marathon Oil Company and CARBO Ceramics Inc. He practiced law in the Houston office of Locke Lord LLP in Houston. Mr. Bowen holds a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.
