Employees are eligible to participate on the first of the month following the employee’s start date. A company match of 1:1 is contributed for each dollar, up to 6%.

Provided at no cost to employees. After 90 days of disability, benefit is 60% of basic earnings to a monthly maximum of $15,000.

Vacation

3 Weeks with 0 to 5 years relevant experience; 4 weeks with 5 plus years of relevant experience; 5 weeks with 15 plus years of relevant experience.
