NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between Callon Petroleum Company and APA Corporation became effective on April 1, 2024. Each share of Callon Petroleum Company Common Stock was exchanged for 1.0425 shares of APA Corporation Common Stock.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on April 01, 2024.
