Fred L. Callon
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Fred L. Callon has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2004 and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 1997. Prior to January 1997, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, positions he had held with the Company or its predecessors since 1984. He has been employed by the Company or its predecessors since 1976. Mr. Callon graduated from Millsaps College in 1972 and received his M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of Finance in 1974.

Bobby F. Weatherly
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Bobby F. Weatherly is an Executive Vice President and also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Weatherly joined the Company's Board of Directors in 1994 and took a full time position in management in 2006. Prior to that he was a principal of CapSource Financial, Houston, Texas, an investment-banking firm. Mr. Weatherly received a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi in 1967. Mr. Weatherly has previously been associated with Arthur Andersen LLP, and served as a Senior Vice President of Brown & Root, Inc. and Weatherford International, Inc.

Gary A. Newberry
Senior Vice President, Operations

Gary A. Newberry is the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Company. He joined the Company on April 1, 2010. Prior to that time he held management positions over production and drilling operations in the Mid-continent, Rockies, Alaska and the Permian Basin including Worldwide Operations Manager for Marathon Oil. He retired from Marathon Oil Company after 33 years of service. Mr. Newberry graduated from Marietta College in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Joseph C. Gatto, Jr.
Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance

Joe Gatto is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance for the Company. He joined the Company on April 2, 2012. Prior to his current role, he served as a Managing Director with both Merrill Lynch & Co. and Barclays Capital, and had a long-standing relationship with the Company acting as an advisor on financing and strategic assignments. Mr. Gatto graduated with a B.S. from Cornell University and received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Vince Borrello
Vice President and General Manager, Permian Basin Operations

Vince Borrello is the Vice President and General Manager of Permian Basin Operations for the Company. He joined the Company on April 1, 2011. Prior to that time he served in executive management positions at Lothian Oil, Inc and Celero Energy, LLC where he was also a founding partner. Previously, he held various engineering management positions with Texas Oil & Gas and Marathon Oil Company.  He retired from Marathon Oil in 2000. Mr. Borrello graduated from Louisiana State University in 1974 with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering.

John G. Weihe
Vice President, Exploration

John G. Weihe is the Vice President of Exploration for the Company. Prior to being appointed to this position in August 2012, Mr. Weihe had served as Manager of Exploration for the Company since 2000, leading the Company’s onshore technical initiatives. He has also held previous positions in exploration and development for ENI, British-Borneo and Unocal. Mr. Weihe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 1983, and a MBA from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer School of Business in 1996.

Rodger W. Smith
Vice President and Treasurer

Rodger W. Smith is a Vice President and also serves as the Treasurer for the Company. Mr. Smith was appointed Treasurer in April 1999 and served as Corporate Controller from 2004-2007. Prior to being appointed Treasurer, he served as Manager of Budget and Analysis since 1994. Prior to 1994, Mr. Smith was Manager of Exploration and Production Accounting and has been employed by the Company and its predecessors since 1983. Prior to his employment with the Company, he was employed by International Paper Company as a plant controller. He received his B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1973.

Mitzi P. Conn
Corporate Controller

Mitzi P. Conn is the Corporate Controller for the Company. Prior to being appointed to that position in May 2007, she had served as Assistant Controller. Mrs. Conn has held various other positions in finance and accounting since she joined the Company in June 1993. Prior thereto, she was with Graham Resources, Inc. She received her B.S. degree in accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1990 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants.

H. Clark Smith
Chief Information Officer

H. Clark Smith is the Chief Information Officer for the Company. Prior to being appointed to that position in March 2001, he had served as Manager - Information Technology and in other computer related positions with the Company and its predecessors since 1983. At Mississippi State University, he majored in Industrial Technology. He has also served as Manager - Information Services with Jefferson Davis Regional Medical Center.
